How are payments made?
Payments go straight to your account. We require a deposit and rent paid in advance, and we check every candidate's finances before introducing them to you.
Will they take care of my place?
We visit your property in person and only work with postgraduate profiles: people who come to study, not just passing through.
Will I run into legal problems?
We make sure the contract is fully in order and we're here to help if any questions come up.
Do I have to accept the first person who shows up?
No. We introduce every candidate along with their report. You decide.

How we verify the person who'll be living in your place
Every tenant we introduce you to goes through the same six steps. No shortcuts.

Where they come from
Postgraduate students: master's and PhD candidates at the UCO and other Córdoba universities. Profiles with clear arrival dates and travel plans.

First contact
They message us on WhatsApp. We reply in Spanish or English and start to understand their situation from that very first message.

One-on-one video call
Before we consider anyone for your place, we speak with them face to face. We meet them and get a sense of how they're planning their stay.

Documentation
Letter of admission or enrollment, passport, and proof of scholarship or income. We always ask for it.

Guarantees
Deposit, rent paid in advance, and proof of funds to cover the whole stay, all before signing.

Suitability report
With all of the above, we hand you a written report on every candidate. You read it, compare, and decide.
We need each other
Without landlords like you, we have nothing to offer
Our client is the student: they hire us to help them settle in Córdoba. But no matter how well we look after them, without flats there's no service.
We don't take a commission on your rent either. We have no incentive to inflate the price or to place just anyone: if things go badly for you, we lose the thing that matters most to us, your trust.

Location, features, availability. You tell us over WhatsApp or in a quick call.
We visit it in person
We go there before offering it to anyone. Photos, video, and an honest read on which tenant is the best fit.
We introduce candidates
With their suitability report. You see who they are before you ever talk to anyone.
Sign and move in
You give the final approval and the contract gets signed. We stay available if any questions come up as you get started.

Do you really not charge me anything?
No. Our client is the student. What we're after with you is a long-term relationship: if your flat goes well, we'll come back to you again next year.
Who chooses the tenant?
You do. Always. We screen and introduce candidates with their report, but the final call is yours.
What happens with the contract?
We make sure it's fully in order, with the terms you've set: deposit, length, rent. If you have any legal questions, we're with you.
What if my flat is old or has no furniture?
We offer a basic home staging service to make it more appealing, no building work involved, and always with a quote before we start.
Do you only work with postgraduate students?
For now, we are focusing on international graduate students: master’s and doctoral candidates. This is the profile we know best and can verify most effectively.
